1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the service booking platform on the SITHA application and website, operated by SheJobs Pvt. Limited ("SheJobs"). By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Marketplace Role of SheJobs

SheJobs provides a technology platform connecting verified independent women service professionals ("Partners") with customers. While SheJobs conducts KYC verification and skill assessments, partners operate as independent service providers.

3. Partner Verification & Quality Assurance

• All partners on SITHA are women professionals who have undergone government KYC verification (Aadhaar/PAN) and background checks.
• SheJobs enforces standard operating protocols, hygiene guidelines, and code-of-conduct norms.
• Customer feedback and star ratings directly determine ongoing platform partner eligibility.

4. User Responsibilities & Safety Norms

• Safe & Respectful Environment: Customers must ensure a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for female service partners. Zero tolerance is enforced for harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior.
• Accurate Details: Customers must provide accurate service addresses, reachable phone numbers, and clear instructions.
• Direct Off-Platform Dealings: Booking services directly with partners outside the SITHA platform is strictly prohibited and voids all platform guarantees, insurance, and dispute mediation.

5. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the platform are transparent, inclusive of applicable taxes, and confirmed before checkout.
• Payments must be completed through SITHA's secure payment gateway. Partners are not authorized to collect unofficial cash surcharges.
• Service invoices are generated electronically and accessible in the App under booking history.

6. Limitation of Liability

SheJobs facilitates verified connections and strives for excellence. To the extent permitted by Indian law, SheJobs' total aggregate liability arising out of any service booking is limited to the total service fee paid for that booking.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
