Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are handed over to our logistics partners (dispatched). You can check your order status in the SITHA app.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse the delivery or initiate a return within our 7-day return window after the product is delivered.

3. Refund on Cancellation

For cancellations before dispatch, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
