1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern all purchases, seller listings, and commercial interactions on the SITHA Product Store, operated by LiveMindz Services Private Limited ("LiveMindz", "we", "us"). By accessing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Artisanal & Handmade Marketplace
SITHA Store showcases unique handmade, artisanal, and curated goods crafted by women entrepreneurs across India. Because many goods are handcrafted in small batches, slight organic variations in texture, shade, or pattern are normal and celebrate the uniqueness of handmade craft.
3. Merchant of Record & GST Invoicing
- LiveMindz operates as the merchant-of-record for SITHA Product sales.
- All orders are accompanied by a valid GST-compliant invoice detailing product price, applicable GST, and seller credentials.
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
- Receipt of an order confirmation indicates our receipt of your order request; it does not constitute final acceptance. LiveMindz reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to stock constraints.
- Estimated delivery dates (ETAs) are calculated based on seller location and courier lead times. LiveMindz enforces strict dispatch SLAs on all enrolled sellers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand logos, product photographs, text content, illustrations, and design systems on SITHA Store are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
LiveMindz's liability for any product delivered through the platform is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for that product. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
