Unused products in their original, un-tampered packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact support@sithaapp.com with your Order ID.
If a product arrives damaged, a full refund or replacement is provided. Customers must report damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition:
LiveMindz will arrange a reverse pickup in major cities. If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be asked to ship the item back, and shipping costs will be reimbursed upon verification of the defect.
