Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
- Provider No-Show: If the assigned partner fails to arrive within 60 minutes of the scheduled time.
- Service Defect: If the service delivered is significantly different from the description.
- Technical Error: Duplicate or incorrect platform charges.
2. Process
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled service time via the SITHA app or email support@sithaapp.com.
3. Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
