SheJobs Pvt. Limited ("SheJobs", "we", "our", or "us") operates the service booking segment of the SITHA mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use SITHA Services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, mobile phone number, email address, and profile photo when registering.
• Location Data: Precise or approximate location data to connect you with nearby verified women service professionals and enable navigation tracking.
• Booking & Transaction Data: Service type, appointment schedules, delivery addresses, notes, and payment status records. (Card/UPI details are handled securely via RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and never stored on our servers).
• Identity & KYC Data (For Service Partners): Government ID proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID), professional certifications, background verification reports, and payout bank account details.
• Usage & Device Information: Device model, OS version, IP address, crash logs, and interaction analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To match customers with qualified women service partners in their hyperlocal area.
• To confirm, coordinate, schedule, and track service appointments.
• To verify partner backgrounds, identity, and trust credentials before approving accounts.
• To process service payments, issue booking receipts, and calculate partner earnings.
• To provide responsive customer support and investigate safety or quality grievances.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, harassment, or unauthorized access.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We respect your privacy and only share data under strict, necessary conditions:

• Between Customer and Assigned Partner: Relevant booking details (customer first name, service address, scheduled time, customer contact number) are shared strictly for executing the booked service.
• Authorized Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS/Google Cloud), SMS/OTP delivery gateways, payment processors, and background check agencies under non-disclosure obligations.
• Legal Requirements: When mandated by Indian laws, court orders, or law enforcement investigations.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain user data as long as your SITHA account remains active or as required by statutory regulations. You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time via the SITHA App (Settings > Delete Account) or by emailing support@sithaapp.com. Upon receiving your request, data is placed in a 30-day grace period and permanently purged thereafter.

6. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict role-based database access, and continuous vulnerability scanning to protect your data.
