To ensure fairness for our women partners who reserve their time for you, the following cancellation schedule applies to all services.

| More than 24 hours before | 100% Refund | Free cancellation for any reason. |
| 4 to 24 hours before | 75% Refund | 25% fee covers the provider's loss of opportunity. |
| Less than 4 hours before | 0% Refund | Full charge applies as the partner has already prepped/traveled. |
In cases of medical emergencies or natural disasters, SheJobs may waive fees upon verification of supporting documents.
