1. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SITHA by SheJobs mobile application and website, together called the Platform.
2. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.
SheJobs Pvt Limited, CIN: U72900TG2021PTC147741, registered office: Madhava Reddy Colony, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, trading as SITHA by SheJobs, is the Platform Operator and is responsible for platform operations, onboarding, user support and facilitating transactions.
Certain products and fulfilments on the Platform are offered and fulfilled by separate legal entities. In particular, LiveMindz Services Private Limited, CIN: U74999TG2016PTC103906, registered office: Royal Residency Apartment, Tiubo Machubary Road, Bachupally, Hyderabad, acts as a Merchant Entity and will be Merchant-of-Record for product listings that identify LiveMindz as the seller. The Platform will clearly identify the Merchant Entity for every listing and at checkout. A current list of Merchant Entities and their roles appears in Schedule A.
When you buy a product or service from the Platform, you contract with the Merchant Entity named on the listing and invoice. The Platform Operator acts as an intermediary to facilitate the listing, payments, settlement and limited buyer support unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
1. The Platform Operator may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are posted on the Platform and take effect when posted. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract.
2. You agree to provide accurate and current registration information and to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Each product or service page will display which legal entity is selling and fulfilling the order. For product listings sold by LiveMindz, the listing will contain wording similar to: Sold by LiveMindz Services Private Limited (Merchant). Platform: SITHA by SheJobs.
The checkout page and every invoice will display the legal name of the Merchant Entity, the Merchant Entity GSTIN where applicable, and contact details for refunds and disputes. Buyers should verify the Merchant legal name and invoice details before completing payment.
By uploading content to the Platform you grant SheJobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Platform.
Payments may be collected by the Platform Operator or by the Merchant Entity that is the merchant-of-record for the specific listing. The checkout page will state which entity is collecting payment.
Settlement of funds and payout routing will follow the merchant-of-record mapping shown at checkout. Where a Merchant Entity is the recipient of settlement, that Merchant Entity is responsible for providing bank account details and KYC to the payment processor. The Platform Operator will provide daily reconciliation files to Merchant Entities and to payment partners as required.
Order totals shown at checkout will include applicable fees and taxes. Merchant Entities are responsible for issuing GST invoices and for filing GST returns for sales they make. SheJobs will provide settlement statements to Merchant Entities to support their tax reporting.
Refund requests and chargebacks will be handled in accordance with the Platform refund policy. In cases of dispute, settlement to a Merchant Entity may be held until resolution. Merchant Entities agree to cooperate with investigations and to accept funds back if required under the refund rules.
All Merchant Entities must complete KYC and provide required corporate documentation, GSTIN, PAN, bank account proof, and authorised signatory documents prior to going live for product listings.
Merchant entities that sell on the Platform must sign a marketplace declaration confirming their role, compliance with applicable laws, GST and tax obligations, product safety and returns policy. Copies of marketplace declarations and KYC may be provided to payment partners as required.
Certain categories require licences or certifications before bookings. These include but are not limited to food and beverage, medical, legal, engineering, electrical and other regulated services. Merchant Entities and service providers must provide valid, jurisdiction specific licences before accepting bookings.
The Platform will send reminders 30 days before expiry of critical credentials. Listings will be suspended if required documentation is not maintained. Merchant Entities and partners must notify the Platform within five business days of any suspension, revocation or regulatory action affecting their ability to provide services.
The sale or listing of the following is strictly prohibited: illegal drugs and controlled substances; firearms and ammunition; explosives; regulated financial products requiring specific licences unless the seller holds the relevant licence; counterfeit goods. Tobacco, vaping and cannabis products are permitted only where the seller holds all required licences in the applicable jurisdiction. Violations lead to immediate removal, account suspension and possible legal referral.
The Platform does not provide insurance for in-person visits, physical harm or property damage. Users should obtain their own appropriate insurance.
High-risk services require proof of commercial general liability insurance and, where applicable, professional indemnity or malpractice insurance. Merchant Entities and providers offering such services must provide proof of insurance as part of onboarding.
For physical product pickups and deliveries, Merchant Entities or their logistics partners must capture mandatory proofs such as photo proof, geotag, timestamp and receiver OTP or signature. The Platform may withhold settlement pending proof verification for disputed orders.
Merchant Entities will receive daily reconciliation reports. Discrepancies must be raised within the timeframe specified in the merchant agreement.
The Platform Operator's Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used and shared. Users must review the Privacy Policy. Merchant Entities are responsible for any customer data they receive through the Platform and must comply with applicable data protection laws.
Where personal data is transferred across borders, Merchant Entities and the Platform must comply with applicable local and international data protection requirements.
Accounts and listings may be suspended or terminated for breaches of these Terms, regulatory non-compliance, safety incidents or repeated customer complaints.
Termination does not relieve the parties of obligations that survive termination, including confidentiality, indemnity and settlement of outstanding amounts. Confidentiality obligations survive per Section 17.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
The Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. For users outside India, consumer protection and local mandatory rules apply.
All intellectual property in the Platform, its content, software and design is owned by SheJobs or its licensors. No rights are transferred except as expressly set out in these Terms.
Users must not reproduce, adapt, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is". The Platform Operator and Merchant Entities disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither the Platform Operator nor Merchant Entities will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by the user in the prior 12 months for the relevant transaction type.
You agree to indemnify and hold SheJobs and Merchant Entities harmless from claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms or your failure to comply with law.
Any notice under these Terms must be delivered to the contact information set out on the Platform or as provided in writing. Notices may be delivered by email, registered post or overnight courier.
The parties shall keep confidential non-public business information shared in connection with use of the Platform. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three years unless otherwise agreed.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in force.
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Platform.
If the Platform is operated, partially operated or if goods or services are fulfilled by a different legal entity in the future, the Platform Operator will notify users at checkout and on invoices.
SITHA is a marketplace that connects customers with verified partners. Product listings in the SITHA App are promotional - SITHA does not fulfil or deliver products on behalf of partners. Partners (sellers) are responsible for packing, shipping, delivery and returns for product orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing. SITHA supports order tracking, dispute resolution and escrow-style payment flow where applicable.
Once a customer places a Product Order, the partner must confirm fulfillment within the timeframe displayed on the product page. Partners must mark the order as "Shipped" in the partner portal and provide courier/tracking details. Best practice: partners should update status within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.
Partners are responsible for safe, secure packaging with clear labels (recipient name, address, phone, order ID). Fragile goods should be marked accordingly.
Shown on the product page. Typical windows: 24 to 72 business hours for dispatch.
Depends on origin and destination and the chosen shipping service. Partners should provide realistic ETAs and update the listing when stock locations change. Customers should expect business-day exclusions and public-holiday delays.
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. Partners may set shipping fees or offer free shipping conditions. SITHA does not set shipping fees for partners unless using a platform fulfilment program. Partners are responsible for applicable taxes on the sale.
Customer must report damage within 48 hours of delivery and upload photos. The partner and customer should attempt resolution (replacement, refund, or partial refund). If unresolved, SITHA will mediate.
If tracking shows failed delivery or lost package, partners must coordinate with courier and update customer within 48 to 72 hours. If the parcel is confirmed lost, partner should refund or reship per the customer's choice. SITHA may step in if partner is unresponsive.
Unless specified differently on the product page, partners should accept returns within the stipulated period (e.g., 7 to 14 days from delivery) for defective or not-as-described items. Partners must clearly state return conditions on product pages.
Return shipping for defective/wrong items is borne by the partner. For buyer-remorse returns, partners may choose to charge return shipping; this must be clearly stated at listing and checkout.
Once returned goods are received and verified, refunds should be processed within 3 business days. Where SITHA holds payments in escrow, SITHA will release refunds per the payout schedule after confirmation.
Partners must comply with export/import laws and disclose customs duties and taxes for international orders. SITHA is not responsible for customs, duties, or delays attributable to carrier or customs clearance. Partners should indicate whether they ship internationally on product pages.
SITHA and partners are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather, carrier failures, regulatory changes). Partners should communicate delays promptly via the partner portal.
Failure to meet these obligations may lead to temporary suspension and dispute escalation.
If partner and customer cannot resolve an issue, either party can raise a dispute on the SITHA app. SITHA's operations team will review transaction logs, tracking data and communications and propose a resolution within 5 business days.
